With the most diverse reporting features, ClickTime ranks with the best time tracking and management software, and is "TopTenREVIEWS Bronze Award" winner. This software provides many easy-to-use features that will help you track your employees' hours and tasks.

ClickTime ranks lower than the top two products because of its inability to perform extra tasks like track overtime and create and track invoices.

Feature Set:  

ClickTime has some practical bonus features to help organize your business, like the ability to manage your customers and contacts for all your projects. You can also specify your employee's hourly rates and assign tasks.

Some of the features missing from ClickTime include the ability to generate invoices and the only thing that you can view in the expense section is a list of employee incurred expenses such as travel, meals or other miscellaneous costs.

Ease of Use:  

ClickTime intuitive design includes small tabs that display the name of the module they represent. There is a tab for Quick View, Timesheets, Expenses, Reports, People (Employees), Customers (Clients), Jobs (Projects), Tasks, Divisions (Reports by Sections of your Company), Preferences and Advanced features. The only thing that would make this product easier to use would be larger icons and more specific tab names.

Ease of Installation:  

We didn't have any problems during the installing and setup of this program.

Time Tracking Capabilities:  

ClickTime offers basic tracking capabilities—you can track all your employees' hours including vacation time, sick time and company holidays. You can also monitor various projects your employees are working on.

However, you won't be able to track overtime and other activities like training sessions, meetings, presentations and customer billing invoices with ClickTime.

Reporting Capabilities:  

ClickTime can create over 40 different reports and offers the most diverse reporting options of any of the software that we reviewed. The reporting module is organized into six different categories: People, Tasks, Jobs, Customers, Expenses and Miscellaneous. This makes it easy to find the report you need.

Summary:  

ClickTime provides all of the features most companies will use in a time tracking and management software package.
