If you're looking for a program to track your employees' hours, you'll have to look at a different software package.
This product has some good features if you aren't looking to track the time of your employees. With Timeless Time & Expense, you can use your employees' integrated time to track your projects and expenses.
Other features include a "To Do" list, which is more of a planning feature than a time tracker, importing and exporting data, backup, to prevent data loss, and contact management.
Using the integrated timer is simple because of the start and stop icons on the tool bar, but trying to navigate around this product is a little more difficult. Timeless Time & Expense has a file path on the left-hand side that will show you the projects that the employee (User) is involved with, but if you don't notice the tabs under the miniature calendars then you will be lost
We didn't have any problems while installing and setting up this program.
This software will track your projects and expenses; however, it does not track your client billing invoices, other activities such as meeting minutes and presentations or your employees' hours.
Timeless Time & Expense offers nine different reports. You can customize the reports by selecting which users you would like to include in the report. However, you can't view a report on all of the users and the hours they worked.
Timeless Time & Expense serves its purpose by simplifying cost estimations, but if you're looking for a product that will track your employees' time, look into the gold, silver or bronze programs.
