However, if your main purpose for buying time tracking and management software is to track your employees' time, read about the #1-ranked product.

Feature Set:  

Timesheets MTS has a manual time tracking system so you can input the hours worked by your employees. You can also input employee information including the job that they are assigned. The software won't track sick leave, overtime or holidays.

Ease of Use:  

At the top of the screen, large icons divide the program in major categories including employees, projects, timesheets, contacts and invoices. Each icon is clearly marked making it easy to navigate all the features of these individual modules. Each module is divided into quick tabs that help you navigate that specific category. Overall Timesheets MTS is very easy to use.

Ease of Installation:  

We didn't have any problems installing and setting up this program.

Time Tracking Capabilities:  

This product will track your projects and the expenses; however, it won't track how much time each employee will spend on the project. So, when you make an estimated completion date the software assumes each employee will work everyday for eight hours. The software will not take into consideration vacation or sick leave.

The invoicing feature will track all the invoices and manage all of your customers' information.

Reporting Capabilities:  

The reporting section of this software is hidden in the "Tools" dropdown menu. There are 16 different reports available covering expenses, projects, tasks, time and attendance. Timesheets MTS lacks reports for the employees and customers.
